The Rope Loft – Restaurant, Pub & Marina is located in Chester’s front harbour. We are known for our light-cream-based chowders and fresh local lobster.

This historic sea captain’s house, the former home of Zoé Vallé Lightfoot, has been a community library and civic centre since 1928.
